Minutes & Next-Man-Up

When a starter is ruled OUT, her minutes and usage don’t vanish — they land on a small, predictable set of teammates, and their props move with them. This engine redistributes every OUT player’s vacated minutes to the active rotation (weighted by position fit, on/off court signal, and minutes headroom) and re-projects which props move. Re-projection overlay — additive to the base model, shown so you can see the shift before the market fully prices it.
